REFUND POLICY
Excellent satisfaction from our customers is what we strive for even after a sale therefore, merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase so long as the following are followed:
- Original Receipt or packaging slip is attached
-The product(s) is unused and unaltered
-The product(s) is in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging is still in tact.
Gift cards, samples, and limited edition products are FINAL sale. All products that were originally purchased as part of a set must be returned with all original merchandise in the set. No individual products from a set may be returned.
Refunds will be processed based on your original form of payment. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Credit/Debit card refunds after we process the refund, may take days to process in your account depending on your bank.
Please reach out to us through our contact us page before sending your return in order to receive the return label instructions. Returns cannot be accepted without the proper return label instructions.
